Welcome to GoodPath. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GoodPath platform, including its web and mobile applications, services, and content (“Services”). By using GoodPath, you agree to these Terms.
GoodPath is designed for community-based management such as churches, temples, mosques, apartment associations, institutions, trusts, and similar organizations. You must be authorized by your organization to create or manage its workspace.
Your use of GoodPath is subject to our Privacy Policy. We comply with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) and the GDPR (EU/EEA) where applicable. We respect your rights as a Data Principal or Data Subject.
GoodPath, its logo, interface design, and content are owned or licensed by the GoodPath development team. You retain rights to data you submit, but you grant GoodPath a limited right to process and display it for providing services.
We strive to maintain continuous uptime but may perform scheduled maintenance. Features may evolve or change over time. GoodPath is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
GoodPath will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use or inability to use the service. You are responsible for ensuring data accuracy and compliance within your organization.
Paid plans are billed according to your subscription tier. Fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle begins, except as required by law.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform. You may also request account deletion by contacting info@goodpath.in.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
